ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT TERMS
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and NetLook, Inc. ("NetLook"). By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site. The material provided on this Site is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States Copyright law and international treaties. This Site is controlled and operated by NetLook from its offices within the United States. NetLook makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Further, you acknowledge that chats, postings, conferences, email drops, and other communications by other users are not endorsed by NetLook, and such communications shall not be considered reviewed, screened, or approved by NetLook. NetLook reserves the right for any reason to remove without notice any contents of the Forums received from users, including without limitation bulletin board postings. NetLook reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any person/user access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.
OTHER
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Duvall County, Florida, USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and NetLook as a result of this agreement or use of this Site.
Some NetLook web pages may use "cookies," which are small files that may be placed on your hard disk. A cookie helps us remember who you are and what customization options you may have selected for NetLook to set up for you. Cookies allow your subsequent visits to this Site to be simpler and more personalized. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. (However, by not accepting cookies, some NetLook.com web pages may not display properly and/or you may loose certain customization features.)
NetLook's software references Google's YouTube API Services. By using NetLook, user agrees to also be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube's Terms of Service
NetLook's NVR-API client uses YouTube API Services to deliver video content to YoutTube if user has signed up for NetLook VideoTell services, the user agree's to NetLook and Google Privacy Policy . NetLook does not collect, store or otherwise use API Data relating to users, the client access to the NetLook NVR-API or to YouTube's API Service. NetLook exclusively uses the YouTube API Service to deliver and manage video content on the user's YouTube channel as granted Permissions to by the user. NetLook does not use, process, share or store the user information in any other manner. No information is shared with either internal or external parties, further, NetLook allows does not share data with third parties to serve content, including advertisements. Further, NetLook does not disclose, stores, accesses or collect (or allows third parties to do so) information directly or indirectly on or from users’ devices. In addition NetLook's normal procedure for deleting stored data by contacting the NetLook Support Team (support@netlook.com), users can revoke NetLook's access to their YouTube account data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions Users can contact the NetLook developer team with questions or complaints about NetLook's privacy practices by contacting support@netlook.com.
NetLook's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of NetLook's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by NetLook with respect to such use.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the you and NetLook with respect to this Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the you and NetLook with respect to this Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

NetLook may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.
